My Health Tracker ("we," "us," or "our") offers an optional SMS text messaging service called My Journey Health Companion. This service sends personalized health reminders to help you stay on track with your medications, supplements, hydration, and exercise goals.
Important: Our SMS service is entirely optional. You must explicitly opt-in during account setup to receive text messages. You can opt-out at any time.

The number of messages you receive depends entirely on your personal reminder settings. You have full control over which reminder types are enabled and how frequently they occur.
By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox during account setup and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from My Health Tracker at the phone number provided.
Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You can use My Health Tracker without enabling SMS reminders. Alternative reminder methods (such as in-app notifications or Telegram) are available.
